Tips for a smooth Burnaby delivery

Most of our Burnaby orders go to high-rise buildings, so a few details help the driver find you fast:

  • Add your unit number and buzzer code in the address line or order notes.
  • For towers near Metrotown or Brentwood with a concierge, keep your phone close so we can reach you at the lobby.
  • If you pay by e-Transfer, send it right after ordering. We prepare your order once the payment arrives.
  • Have your ID ready. You must be 19 or older to receive a delivery.
