Metro Vancouver gets same-day local delivery. Everywhere else ships as a mail order.
Pay
Pay by Interac e-Transfer, or cash on delivery for local orders.
Get confirmation
We email your order confirmation, plus a tracking number for mail orders.

Mail orders are paid by e-Transfer only.
How to pay
Interac e-Transfer
- Place your order and choose Interac e-Transfer at checkout.
- The Order Received page shows the e-Transfer email, the amount and your transfer message.
- Send the full amount and use that exact message, for example Payment for order #1234.
- Once we receive your payment, we prepare your order.
Cash on delivery (local only)
- Enter a Metro Vancouver address. Cash on delivery then appears at checkout.
- Choose it and have the order total ready in cash.
- Pay our driver at your door. All local deliveries are handled by our own team.
Common questions
How much does delivery cost?
A flat $20 for both same-day delivery and mail order. Same-day local orders over $99 ship free, and mail orders over $150 ship free.
Can I pay cash on a mail order?
No. Cash is only for same-day local delivery. Mail orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer.
When do I get my tracking number?
We email it as soon as your mail order ships. Every mail order is tracked and insured. You can follow your order any time on the Track Order page with your order number and email.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Create a free account (it takes a minute) and log in before checkout. New accounts get 10% off their first order of $50 or more, added automatically, and earn Rewards points on every order.
