These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the 420Express website, your account, our products and our delivery services (together, the “Services”). By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they mention, including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy.

1. Legal age and eligibility

You may use the Services only if you have reached the legal age to buy and possess cannabis in the province or territory where you live and where the order is delivered (19 in most provinces, 18 in Alberta and 21 in Quebec). You are responsible for making sure that your purchase, possession and use follow the laws that apply to you. We may ask for proof of age or identity at any time, including at delivery, and may refuse or cancel an order if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. Where we deliver

We accept and deliver orders only where our activities and the requested delivery are allowed by law. Availability may differ by province, territory, product and address. We may limit products, refuse delivery, ask for more verification or cancel an order to meet legal or operational requirements.

3. Your account

You need a free account to place an order. You must give complete and accurate account, contact, billing and delivery information, keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You may not open an account for another person, misrepresent your age or identity, create accounts automatically, or buy products for resale. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Product information and responsible use

We try to show product names, descriptions, photos, potency (THC/CBD), availability and prices accurately, but packaging, appearance, batch characteristics and effects can vary. Product information is general information only and is not medical advice.

Cannabis can affect judgment, coordination and reaction time. Use products responsibly, follow the directions, keep them away from children and pets, and never drive or operate machinery while impaired. Talk to a health professional if you have health concerns, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

5. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The confirmation email means we received your order; it is accepted once we have checked your eligibility, stock, payment and address. We may correct obvious errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order (and return any payment as store credit or as required by law) if a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not received, fraud is suspected, or fulfilling the order would break the law or our policies. We will not substitute a product without your approval.

6. Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Promotions and discount codes may have their own conditions, minimum spend, end dates and product exclusions. New-member offers, such as the first-order discount, can be used once per person; we may remove a discount that was obtained through several accounts or with the same email, phone number or delivery address. If we discover an important pricing error before your order ships, we will contact you or cancel the affected item.

7. Payment

• Interac e-Transfer: available for every order. Orders are prepared once your payment has arrived and been matched to your order. Send the exact amount to the email shown at checkout and in your confirmation email, with the message we give you.
• Cash on delivery: available only for same-day local delivery in Metro Vancouver.

Follow only the payment instructions shown on our website or sent from our official email. We will never ask for your online banking password. You are responsible for sending the payment to the right recipient with the right amount and order reference. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after a reasonable time. The delivery options and costs shown at checkout apply to your order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and start once payment is confirmed. You must give a complete, correct address and be available to receive the order; the driver or carrier may ask for ID showing you are of legal age. Problems caused by an incorrect address, a refused delivery or a parcel not collected may remain your responsibility to the extent the law allows. Mail orders get a tracking number by email; you can also follow your order on the Track Order page.

9. Cancellations, returns and store credit

Cancellations, replacements, returns and store credit are covered by our Returns & Exchange Policy. In short: you can cancel before your order ships; cannabis products are final sale once delivered, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 24 hours; and approved claims are resolved with a replacement or store credit. Please do not mail products back unless we ask you to.

10. Rewards points

Members earn 420Express Rewards points on eligible orders and can use them as credit at checkout, as described on the Rewards page. Points and store credit have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are tied to your account. Points used on an order that is cancelled go back to your balance. We may change or end the Rewards program with reasonable notice, and may remove points earned through fraud or abuse.

11. Website content and permitted use

The website’s design, text, graphics, logos, photos and software belong to 420Express or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping and information. Without our written permission you may not copy large parts of it, use it commercially, interfere with how it works, get around security, scrape it, upload harmful code, or use it to build a competing service.

12. Reviews and content you submit

Reviews and other content you submit must be honest, lawful and relevant, and must not infringe anyone else’s rights. You allow 420Express to display and use your reviews and feedback to run and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content that breaks these Terms.

13. Third-party services and links

The website relies on, or links to, services run by other companies, such as hosting, email, analytics, maps and delivery carriers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for websites we do not control.

14. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the Services accurate, secure and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that every product will stay in stock. To the extent the law allows, the Services are provided “as available”. Nothing in these Terms removes a warranty, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, 420Express is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the Services. This limit applies only as far as the law allows and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account when reasonably needed to deal with fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, abuse of promotions, breaches of these Terms or legal obligations. Terms about payment, content ownership, liability and governing law continue to apply after an account is closed.

17. Privacy

How we collect, use and protect personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can change your cookie choices at any time in Cookie Settings.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the law, our operations or the Services change. The new version will be posted here with a new date and applies to orders placed after that date. If the changes are important, we will also let you know.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any consumer protection rights that apply where you live.
